I have had the pleasure of working with On the Spot for several years. I always receive friendly service from Leah, their receptionist. She always returns my calls promptly and is quick to schedule a carpet cleaning crew to come and see me if needed! On the Spot has saved me on several occasions when I've needed them in an emergency to clean up after water damage, as well as with their regular cleaning services. If there's a stubborn stain in the flooring they can always seem to get it out and make it look like new.
