I can’t say enough good things about Oliva Service Carpet & Rug Cleaning. My (what has to be 20-25 year old) wool sisal rug now looks brand new. And I’m told they can be tricky to clean and have to be left with someone who has the expertise to treat them with care. I had called two other places when getting quotes, and no one else was as knowledgeable as Oliva Service, so I felt the rug was in good hands. We had Oliva Service came in to clean our carpet in a rental property recently. The carpet was very dirty with a lot of dark stains on it. Kim who answered the phone was very kind, informative and responsive. I called her three times in one morning to discuss different issues. She answered all my questions very patiently. Ben our technician was very professional and hard working. He really took his time to deep clean the carpet. Although some areas were permanently damaged but we are very pleased with their service. We were extremely pleased with Oliva's service; Kim, our first contact in the Office, is so pleasant and easy to deal with. She gave me all the info I needed and kept in touch. Ben, the technician who completed the cleaning of our 2 special chairs and our couch, was amazing. He is so knowledgeable about his craft and so thorough with the cleaning. He is very detailed and takes great pride in his work. The communication with this company was great. The fees were reasonable. Overall, a great experience. I would certainly recommend this company.
