I have written about three reviews in my lifetime.... This place is awesome ! After about 7 hours of frustration at a few Home Depot's - I realized that the Weiser locks that Home Depot sells are complete garbage. The fellow at Oaktown patiently explained my options for three replacement door handles and deadbolts. All items were locksmith keyed at no additional charge so that my keys fit all doors. There were several tips and tricks offered to ease my self-installation rookie worries. Everything went smooth.
