I called at the last minute for a dry cleaning request, and they were incredibly accommodating. Not only did they have my husband’s suits ready within 24 hours, but they also went above and beyond by staying open an hour past closing so he could pick them up. Now that’s what I call top-tier customer service!

“What an amazing first time experience. Brought some pants in for hemming as I was tired of the long wait times at Stitchit and their prices. Did a search and found Preeners and it was close by. Service was phenomenal. My pants were hemmed in a matter of a few hours (not days or weeks), and the service was courteous, sincere and just all around nice! And the price was so reasonable. “Amazing detailed work. Been going to them for few years now. Cleaning services are sent out to be done at a separate plant but they hand iron everything and take care of their customers. Even if the plant messes up, they own the error and try to remedy the damage as best as possible. Oh and fantastic alteration services as well.“
