Recently, my basement flooded and I had to rip up half the under pad. Fortunately, I was able to save the carpet. Carpet Warehouse had installed the original carpet, so I went to see if they could sell me under pad, install, and tack the carpet back down. Dom called the installer over as I stood in the show room, the installer followed me home and within an hour of my arriving at Carpet Warehouse, the job was complete! I was extremely pleased with the customer service and would certainly recommend Carpet Warehouse to anyone who requires their services.
