As a new and recent customer of California Closets, I was so impressed by the entire process and finished remodel of our bedroom closet. As soon as I requested a consultation, a representative reached out asap, got all the information and booked a digital consultation. Joanne was absolutely wonderful! We were able to see a complete digital rendering of our new closet with all the details and pieces that we requested. Day of installation went smoothly, took only a couple of hours and even did a wonderful clean up afterwords. I’m so happy with the entire process we are certainly planing to have California Closets come back again! Would highly recommend.
Due to an unexpected decision by the property owner of potential future space, I had to give up on the beautiful wall unit I had planned with California Closets. Although I won’t be moving forward with the project, I still want to share the wonderful experience I had with Roman from the California Closets Oakville location. I sincerely appreciate all the time, effort, and care he put into helping me design something truly special. Roman’s professionalism and the quality of his service left a strong impression on me, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a custom wall unit or closet solution. We had the pleasure of working with Trish from the Oakville location. Trish really helped me make sense of a borderline disaster. We live in a smaller home and have a lot of “stuff” along with 3 young boys. Trish came into our home and really helped me see what we could do to make things functional. We looked at the “inventory”, chatted about what spaces we were lacking and where we could make improvements. From start to finish Trish was an absolute professional and such a lovely person.
