    I recently got a new car through Budds. As I already knew what I wanted and had already tested a similar model the whole negotiation and deal was done with a few emails and 3 phone calls which was incredible as I live far from the dealership. The finance manager did the whole credit check in just a few minutes. Daniel Allen was really easy to deal with and he was very well prepared when I came to pick-up the car. Everything was very quick and smooth. Schalk Mouton provided me with a very thorough walk-through of the car's features which was super helpful. Everybody has been very responsive to my follow up questions as well. Overall this has been a very good experience.

    My recent experience at BMW was excellent - they went to extreme lengths to correct a rattle (success) in my X5 … and kept me informed of the progress… great staff ! The service group are very professional and truly care about the customer experience.

    My rear window wiper on my 2011 X3 broke off going through a car wash. I called into parts and Mark's was very helpful and confirmed they had the part in stock. I went and picked up the part and popped over to service. Michael greated me and asked Paul to install the new part for me. It ended up that there was a part that needed to be removed so we required a service order. I told them I was going out of town the next day.
    Currently the shop was fully booked. Hao Xu handled all the challanges and came back to tell me they would get it done by 5PM. He then told me to get a shuttle home and I would receive a message with a link to get a shuttle back.... read full review
