Was called up as an aftercare service connected to Boonstra. Wasn't super thrilled by the result of the visit either, providing minimal information other than needing to have various items replaced through either stage of their upsell. Though they were still prompt in their responses and arrived on time for the inspection.
As a nurse I have always joked at pay negotiations.... just give me Plummer's rate! Well turns out I don't know any service that can cost 1000 an hour. That's what I was just charged for one hour of drain cleaning. Resulting in my poor review.But since the company has reached out. My issue was not with the work done or the workmen simply the price. After all they advertise'The guys in the green trucks, save you big bucks!'Job quotes verses hourly rates need to lineup. I do appreciate this was taken into consideration, and the matter resolved soon. Lynda McC.
