I've been going to the Beauty Institute for 12 years. I regularly see Tayna. the entire vibe of this place is fantastic. Beata, the owner is very conscientious, and only uses the best products. Nine years ago, I moved 50 minutes away, I still travel to Oakville to have beauty services done here.
I have been going to this spa for over 8 years. Love all their services. I used to see Biata but she is not there anymore. However, Jessica is equally as wonderful and very knowledgeable.
Each and every visit has been 5 stars. The service, cleanliness, professionalism and expertise is unparalleled. Their facials are my favourite and better than the ones I've had at the Four Seasons.
