We had some AC issues this summer. And we were lucky enough to have a very amazing rep named Ryan Thistle come and fix our unit. Ryan was nothing but kind and very patient. Talked us through each step he was doing to fix the unit. We were so happy with how great he was. He was a true super hero during a heat wave. Thank you Ryan for your great work and your kindness.

Our Water heater started leaking and one of the Atlas team arrived within 2 hours to assess the situation. It was under warranty and needed replacement. Other team members arrived the next morning and started installing the new unit, on testing it was leaking after coming from the factory. I was particularly impressed that they immediately had located another brand new unit and paid for express freight so that they could install it today before the weekend. We have hot water again and for the weekend. Thank you the Whole AtlasCare team

The technician arrived promptly - I appreciated the texts to remind me of the upcoming appointment and liked being able to track the technicians arrival. He was friendly and knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently. Payment process was seamless and I received a follow up report via e-mail. Good work!
