Very nice guy taking Chinese Visa photos ? he even has comb and water to adjust hair and get nice photo. Location very close to York University or Finch West Station. $10 for 2 and $15 for 4. Cheapest passport/visa photos in the Toronto/GTA?
Great spot to quickly print/scan. I’ve been coming here for at least 5 years - they bind books too! The owners can be rude but I do think it’s a language barrier - otherwise really convenient place for your printing needs and passport photos
