The Dr. was very kind as usual, a few options were discussed, you never feel bombarded or rushed and the Dr. always make sure you can afford the treatment plan. I am always pleased to go as the team atmosphere is very friendly, warm and welcoming. Thank you again.“

“Everyone at the clinic is amazing. They treat my dogs with respect and always follow up after every visit. We had been through everything with them and I have to say, I travel far to see them every time. They are quick to respond via email and on the phone and definitely address simple things that do not require a visit. Dr Emily and Dr. Candice operated our babies and they were super well taken care of.
We even had emergency situations in the best and they were super helpful in supporting in every step of the way.

“I cannot express how grateful I am for the incredible care my dog received at this veterinary clinic. After visiting seven different vets and specialists, no one could figure out what was wrong with him. He suffered from a simple inner ear infection that led to facial paralysis and the loss of sight in one eye. His own vet even suggested putting him down or at least removing his eye, which left me devastated.
Then I found this amazing, kind doctor who truly understands animals. Not only did he save my dog's life, but he also put him on a special diet that has made a world of difference. “Dr. Kato is wonderful. Her kindness and compassion is such a rare quality to find. We moved to her a few years ago and are so happy we did. She has been thorough and assisted with our dog who has a very complicated health history. When we needed a referral to a specialist, she followed up multiple times to make sure it was done timely. We have now had to make the hardest decision a pet owner ever has to make. She helped us through the decision with kindness compassion and speaking of her experience and what she has seen. “Yesterday we got our dog Lapro Spayed. We seen Dr. Karissa Ali who was very welcoming, knew exactly how to approach our Shiba, and explained everything to us throughly. The spay was done by Meaghan Roque, she updated me throughout the whole process, gave me a call and explained everything and made a cute bravery certificate, and sheet with all the information needed for the healing process and going home. We found this super helpful and was patient with all my questions. Our doggie is healing well, and drank and ate the same day. Thank you to everyone at the Jane Animal Hospital! This will be our choice of vet for any check ups or anything needed <3“

“I can't recommend Dr. Koroknai, and all of the staff, highly enough. After being quoted an exorbitant amount for dental surgery for our cat at another vet, I began researching alternatives. The wonderful reviews at Bathurst Dupont lead me to take our cat there. The dental cleaning and surgery ended up being a fraction of the price of the other vet and the care we received was excellent. We decided to stay. Over the years we received superb care. Every test and treatment were carefully, patiently explain, no upselling or pressure, and reasonably priced. When our cat became chronically ill, we were able to have another two good years with him due to biweekly treatments. The staff there were always happy to see our cat and were very kind at every visit. Dr. Koroknai very obviously loves animals and is gentle and thoughtful in the way he engages with them. He truly cares about their quality of life. In the end, at the age of 19 when our cat finally passed, we were treated with much compassion and kindness. I recommend them whole-heartedly.“
