Switch vets after VCA bought this place. Used to be a fantastic place to take our cats. They took great care of our cats even boarding them if we had to leave town. Shortly after VCA purchased things changed. I do not know if this is the case but it started to feel like the Vets were paid commission based on the testing they could sell and pushed heavy for everything to the point I had to switch vets.
Very lovely place. All the staff are very friendly and caring. One day I came from far away to buy pet food. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the hospital was closed on time. When I was desperate, the staff inside opened the door and let me in and bought cat food. And provided water and chairs for me and my dog to rest. Thank you very much for VCA animal hospital's love.
I started bringing my senior dog, Bowser, to VCA Don Mills so he could continue to see Dr. Michelle Munger. While he wasn't a patient there for very long, I always felt comfortable when he was in their care.Dr. Munger is exceptional and I'd recommend her to any pet owner who's looking for veterinary care. The staff and technicians at the clinic are also caring and knowledgeable, so I was always confident that Bowser was receiving the best treatment possible.
