I have been going to Palma for over 5 years now! My Stepdad, who referred me, has been a loyal customer of her fathers, who has sadly retired, for over 40 years! I have very thick hair, a mane that ends up taking hours and tons of product to highlight and maintain plus its long! I have been to so many different hairstylists, sat in many different chairs for hours on end and spent thousands of dollars to accomplish the colour and style that I want to achieve. I’ve been going to the hair spot for years, and each time Palma works on my hair I feel so refreshed and confident in myself. Today I was unsure if I should get bangs, but Palma helped me decide on a face framing layer and walked me through how to use the round brush and blow dryer to turn it into a curtain bang. I am always so in love with my hair whenever Palma works on it, 5/5 every time!
