Our boy, Jello, is generally easygoing but tends to get anxious in new environments, especially around water. The Groom Room has an introduction session called the Puppy Practice Visit, and we are glad we started with it. Last week, Jello had this meet-and-greet and this week, he went for his first bath experience in Canada.

Lori and her team are outstanding! They are the only ones that I trust for my senior dog. This a long overdue review. We’ve been going to the Groom Room for 6 years now. Lori was recommended to me by my vet after my dog had surgery for a slipped disc in his neck and has multiple health issues including IVDD, skin problems and now deaf and blind. Lori was able to accommodate with his grooming since it was instructed from the surgeon that he wouldn’t be able to ever wear collars and a noose was not to be used for grooming for the rest of his life.
