I’ve had four tattoos done by Janet at Steel N Ink @ shops at Don Mills and have been overjoyed with my experience each time. The shop is nice inside, employees are friendly, and has made the process for getting tattoos as simple as possible. I also had my ear pierced at the shop which was effortless and I was very happy with the results.
I have gotten two flash tattoos and two custom tattoos, all done by Janet. Communication was easy and productive, Janet was more than happy to accommodate any and all of my requests and was relentless in making sure I was happy with the design and placement of the tattoo before proceeding. I am not a young man, and the staff was so patient,and courteous. I got a tattoo, without pain, and very professionally done,and bought a lovely sweat top,on sale.They have great clothes,but also specialise in piercings, and tatoos.Their staff are also unique, and boy some have wonderful tatoos, and really interesting piercing.
Cleanliness: Everything in the store is dynamic,and clean.The tattoo studio is clean,and the artiste wears disposal gloves, and a mask, and all the instruments are sterilized thoroughly.

Had my conch and upper helix done yesterday. Emery is so amazing and super patient, and very gentle. I love my new piercings. And the person at the front desk gave excellent customer service as well. Although the price of the gold earrings is too expensive for one earring, wished they could be priced a bit cheaper. But definitely I’ll be coming back.
