“READ FOR A BAD EXPERIENCE TURN GOOD. Has everyone here had only the best experience? I’m not sure how that’s possible because nothing in life is perfect. I did not have a good experience snd I don’t need to go into detail why because it does not matter what the problem was. The reason why I give 5 stars is because they corrected whatever the issue was. They send a text after each appointment asking for feedback. This isn’t a google review thing it’s their own personal follow up which comes right after the appointment is finished. They read that I did not have good experience and immediately I got a phone call. They called to talk to me about it and wanted the opportunity to correct it.. which they did. They have outstanding customer service and they truly care about their clients. I will continue to go back.“

“Had my eyebrows threaded by Shuku, she was able to accommodate me on short notice which I appreciated. Shuku was meticulous and made sure I was happy with the results. The brows were very clean and even. The cost was $25.99 at time of posting, which is fair for the location in my opinion. Would return again!“

“I just literally got out of the Spa and I rarely give reviews but I was so blown away with the service. My boyfriend gifted me a certificate for a hot stone massage and I must say I couldn’t be happier. I came out of that spa feeling like a whole new person. Irena you are the best. She is the nicest lady and you will feel that she cares for you. Her hands are magical honestly. The techniques she did — you would really feel that her mastery level is off the roof. She was very knowledgeable about the oils, she took time to explain and give you an overview what would work for you the best. I felt so relaxed I was falling asleep right away. She takes her time and ensure my hair is neatly cut and groomed according to my request. She takes pride in her work.  I had her cut different styles for me over the years, and personally she has done a great job. Great service and experience for me. I highly recommend her to anyone.“
