I want to take back my previous review because the salon went above and beyond to fix my nails and I’m so glad I gave them another chance. The staff were genuinely kind and understanding, and I really appreciate how they handled everything with such professionalism.
Sunny, in particular, was so attentive. She paid close attention to every little detail and made sure I was happy with the shape, length, and overall look. You can really tell she cares about her work and her clients. My nails look beautiful now—clean, even, and exactly what I was hoping for from the start.
I left feeling relaxed and satisfied, and I’ll definitely be coming back. :)

The Soho Nail & Spa team never disappoints! Their staff is very friendly and professional, making every visit a great experience. For every appointment I've made, they are organized and on time which I really appreciate. Their quality of work is top-notch, and they use hot stones for pedicures which has been a lovely touch.
