Talked to Ozan briefly over the phone and he was the first plumber to not make me feel stupid for asking questions. Professional, friendly courteous (which was refreshing after talking to a few other plumbers that got annoyed I asked them questions or insurance details) and gave me a fair price - have yet to do work and but seems like a good start. Will follow up review after with work service provided!

Our old dishwasher broke and needed someone reliable / knowledgable to install our newly purchased dishwasher. I was happy to know Reliable Drain & Plumbing provide this service as I am always skeptical of installation services by random technicians. As always Ozan & team for the rescue!Ozan & his team took care of installing our dishwasher right from unpacking it from the box to having it placed & running under our cabinet. The guys at Reliable Drain And Plumbing just completed an impeccable job replacing 20 feet of drain inside of my house and doing a rough-in and finishing for my bathroom. They worked tirelessly and even threw in some minor plumbing fixes at no extra charge. I already hired them again for my rental property and I am confident that they will maintain the same standards for our next plumbing project in the Fall.
