Spoke to Steve who is always very helpful. We use prelock in many of our locations across ontario and I would highly recommend them. Staff are always kind and willing to help. They act quickly when an alarm is triggered and they are accountable and reliable!
It took a while to schedule the work, but I cant fault them for being busy. The Pre-Lock team was very professional and the work was done neatly and efficiently. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.
We have used Pre-lock for about 25 years and have always been happy with the service we received. Recently we need to upgrade our complete system and now have a very smart alarm. We can control our lights , garage , locks and arm and disarm the system . We need love it and cant say enough about Pre-lock you guys are the best .
