They have helped customers with various issues, ranging from fixing broken hinges and installing replacement parts, to diagnosing and repairing software and hardware problems. The staff, including Tony, are knowledgeable, honest, and transparent about the repair process, keeping customers informed with updates and completing work in a timely manner. One customer was able to get their gaming desktop fixed after trying to fix the issue themselves for a month, preserving all their files and data. Customers have been satisfied with the fair and reasonable pricing, and would not hesitate to use PCNix's services again in the future.
