I wanted to go to a tattoo shop near my home. I googled "reputable tattoo parlors near me" and Painted People was at the top of the list. I checked out everyone's work and everything was beautiful. I wanted a simple design, so I submitted my request and Nick got back to me within a day with an estimate. I booked an appointment and was assigned to Brian. He had a partial design ready and then worked with me on the details. He was friendly and had great patience when I kept asking for things to be a bit bigger or smaller. He took his time and had a great hand for details. Good, clean shop, friendly staff. Check out Brian's work. He even does glitter tattoos!!!!!

I had my first and second tattoos done by Kristina. She did such a wonderful job, the level of care she took to prepare everything to make sure everything was sanitized properly was very professional. She even took the time to write out an email of instructions on how to care for them. I also really love her work, she works with both machine and stick and poke, she’s very talented and I would love to get more tattoos with her.I would also recommend checking out the other artists at painted people! They all have really cool styles and are all very talented.

We're a custom tattoo shop with over 20 years of tattoo experience currently open in Downsview area of Toronto. While we offer most popular tattoo styles, we specialize in watercolor, cover-ups, hand-poke and black and grey tattoos. Our primary focus is making permanent body art with our customers. We offer a small art gallery of paintings from various artists, however, with the focus of making best custom tattoos possible, we currently do not do piercings. What sets us apart outside of the overall relaxed shop vibe and our tattoo expertise, is that we truly care about ensuring our customers get the best tattoo experience possible. We also provide our own natural tattoo aftercare and skin care products made right in our studio.
