Dr. Huang was able to use acupuncture to quickly relieve my sciatica and knee pain. I hobbled into her office with the use of a walker because of excruciating sciatica pain. I could not walk or even lie flat on a bed - I had been sleeping in a recliner chair. By the second treatment I was able to leave her office without the use of the walker. After 3 more treatments that week, I was able to return to work the following week. As a VP in a high tech company my days are very busy but I was able to work the full week with a treatment on Wed and Saturday. I followed up with several more weekly treatments after that until the sciatica pain was completely gone. Then Dr. Huang gave me several treatments for my knee pain caused by osteo-arthritis, which she felt was causing my gait to be altered, putting pressure on the sciatic nerve. She was able to greatly relieve the chronic knee pain as well. Dr. Huang is very caring and I like the fact that she is totally dedicated to acupuncture only. She studied at a Chinese university for 5 years and is a Doctor of Acupuncture, not just a certified practioner.
