I'm giving this a two stars review because one, I walked in today to get my nails done without an appointment and they were kind enough to take me and two, for effort. I allowed the nail tech free range, I only wanted a refill and design. I asked for bio gel but she gave me UV. She kept trying to persuade me to get UV because it was better and stronger. There was one broken nail I asked her to fix however the method of extraction was very painful and it felt like she had ripped off my nail bed. I have been going to this location for more then tens years. I keep going back to the same girl. I love her work she is extremely talented . Thank you Thuy for all you do for me !!!!!

I paid $13 for a good shellac change on my toes, which was totally worth it and lasted a month. Came back for a pedicure and enjoyed that too. However, I decided to do my nails here and I’ve NEVER felt so disappointed about my nails. I am embarrassed and hope no one looks too closely. The edges are not sharp and from the side, they look like the “100 coats of nail polish challenge”. Some nails are so uneven, they aren’t smooth. Some nails are thicker at the tip and it is extremely visible. I asked her to fix multiple issues before proceeding but she just kept saying “wait that’s the next step”.
