Phoenix has been the best lash tech I have ever had. She prides herself in her work and never disappoints. More than one occasion, it was hot out and the glue had become compromised (as any glue from any lash tech would) and she offered to fix them when she was fully booked, and still managed to care enough to fit me in and fix them, even though it wasn’t her problem nor her fault. She has genuine love for her clients and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else who could possibly be better. It is a normal occurrence for my lashes to last and stay full and gorgeous for up to 2+ weeks due to the quality and talent of her and her products. After the bad experience I had with Lashguard Yorkville, their manager Tracy called me. She apologized for what happened and offered me a free nail set at their Don Mills location. I went there and got my nails done complimentary. Dobi and Avy were amazing, especially Dobi, who is an incredible person. Thank you, Tracy, for making this right.
Overall, the follow-up by Tracy and the excellent service at Don Mills restored some of my faith in their services.

First off, I love all lashgod products! I recently had an issue with shipping which was totally on my end not their fault at all. The staff was so polite and accommodating, they were able to help me sort it out! Thank you to Cierra and Dobi especially for the amazing customer service! they made sure I got my products and were so sweet! Will continue to order from Lashgod, and would recommend them to anyone in need of their services! they’re the best!
