I joined Lanna MMA three years ago. From my first class until now the atmosphere created by owner Kru Jordan and the coaching staff has always been welcoming and energetic. They are very knowledgeable and provide top notch instructions through adult and kids classes that are dynamic, challenging and fun. You will gain confidence and competence in martial arts and definitely will become a better version of your current self physically and mentally.

I started at Lanna MMA about a month ago and it was by far the best decision I have made in my life. Not only am I physically fitter, but the way boxing/muay thai has helped me with my mental health is life changing. The staff are extremely friendly and professional and this gym has become a second home for me. The coaches push you so much and truth be told, I never thought I could keep up the way I have - this has truly changed my life. I recommend this gym to absolutely everyone!
During this pandemic it was extremely difficult to come across a good quality punching bag at a decent price. I was referred to Lanna MMA by a mutual friend who mentioned that Jordan recently started making his own! I can finally say that kickboxing at home has never felt so good. It was the perfect addition to our home gym. A big shout-out to Jordan for being extremely helpful/informative throughout the whole process of purchasing his punching bag. If you're looking for high quality and at a fair price- Lanna MMA is the way to go! Seriously guys, get your bags now!
