Kelly Spa has been my first choice for several years now, as a great choice to go to, where I have met with professional who provide really good treatment, at a clean and friendly atmosphere. I've not been let down by the Kelly Spa, on Bayview, and that is why it is my go-to Spa, help me with these tight aching muscles, and symptoms. The Kelly Spa has helped me enjoy life once again. I am amazed at great job they have done each time I visit and I noted how they take the time to make me feel better. I sincerely appreciate Kelly Spa for the progress made. My first experience here was amazing. It was my birthday, and they even gave me a $10 discount. My massage was done by Sunny, and she did a great job—especially the hot stone part.
The only thing I think could make this spa even better is the ambiance. The oils they used had no scent, and the space had no aroma at all—not even incense or anything. It might be a good idea to work more on the beauty and atmosphere of the spa. Also, they only played music near the end. In my opinion, playing soft music throughout the massage is really important.
Judy and Linda are just amazing here ! One of our favourite place of all times when we need a quick break from work ! For the price they charge in hour they are great ! Also for those who is saying that they charge different price from what they have on website it’s not true! They do have 2 different price list for regular service and for Registered Massage Therapist ?
They never ask us for tips as many ppl also mentioning here,it’s our decision if we wanna tip or not….. If you ever been here and you didn’t like one person who work with you ,you should give a second chance to another person ?
