Jermark Plumbing & Mechanical

For all of you Condo Directors and Property Managers reading this review do yourselves a favour. When you need to re-pipe your facility contract with Jermark. They completed our job on time and on budget. The entire staff (and I mean all of them right down to the person sweeping the floor) were friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of all of our residents and units. Jermark made a really difficult project a pleasant experience to the extent you can with a program of this nature.

They came to our condo to replace the pipes. Chris explained everything. They had different teams doing different things, everything was explained and done very clean and professional. Said it would take 10 days, they were done in 7 days. They made two holes for their work, but when done it looked like before. Can’t tell . Thought they were very professional!

Our building has hired Jermark for an extensive pipe replacement services. Our unit was completed a few weeks back to our utmost satisfaction. The entire crew was extremely professional, clean and timely. Chris and Dennis and the other Plummer were all exceptional.
