Home Trade help me replaced my heat pump for my condo. AJ, the project manager, was very thorough in explaining all the options, which includes different brand pricing, and also potentially fixing the unit (they would disassemble the unit, do diagnostic at their facility, then comeback with quote). He sent me a write up of the options and I ended up choosing the option to replace the unit. Today the unit was replaced, overall the process took less than 3 days. The price was also very reasonable for such a reputable company (I've checked a few places). Hopefully the unit will last a few years, I definitely got a sticker shock at these condo heat pumps prices.
