I hired Grand Building & Contracting Ltd. to complete exterior renovation on my house and I am very happy I did. This is a family business that stands behind its word and work. Alex the father was the lead on my project. When I met Alex, I can say it was refreshing having a someone be upfront and honest on cost, progress updates as the project was underway. Alex and Jason his son were amazing to work with. The finished product of my house looks amazing! My neighbours stop me on the street to compliment me how beautiful my house looks. It took me many years to save up the funds to complete the renovations and I have had some issue with some past contractors promising you things but then not delivering or increasing the cost as they go along, but that was not my experience with Alex, the cost quoted is the price I paid. Alex and Jason went above to provide the quality product and design I was after. The contractors were professional and did quality work. The project took a bit longer than expected but all through the project, Alex was in regular communication with me when there was a delay in getting a product that was out of stock and he responded to all my inquiries in a timely manner, always keeping me informed on the status and next steps. When I met Adam and his father, I immediately felt they were trustworthy and honest people . From start to finish, Adam was always available to answer all my questions and concern's. He was upfront about all the work and cost involved. I would highly recommend his company to anyone who is looking for home improvements and looking for high quality workmanship.
