Floors Direct Toronto was recommended to me by a senior manager at a flooring manufacturer. It was great advice. Mike in the store explained the pros and cons of different flooring options, gave best examples of the on trend light oak look I wanted and let me bring samples home overnight. Jamie did a thorough home visit to measure, flag potential issues and ensure the project was done right. Mo the installer brought a pride of workmanship and great customer service that we don't see enough these days. I'm thrilled about how beautiful my basement flooring turned out and would give Floors Direct Toronto 6 stars if I could.

Daniel and his staff are courteous, knowledgeable and patient. They have a huge selection of hardwood samples and take their time explaining the pros and cons for each brand. Daniel will guide you through the entire process. They are very knowledgeable compared to the other 3 stores I visited. I would highly recommend Floors Direct Toronto.

After cycling through 5 different flooring stores, I would recommend the guys at Floors Direct Toronto, to anyone looking to update/replace their floors.
They have an abu ndant amount of options to please any customer's needs, as well as an incredibly knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Their pricing is bang on in comparison to other local vendors.
The owner personally looked after my order from beginning to end, including staying late after hours to accommodate my working schedule.
