I had an issue with the outlet in my main bathroom not having any power, so I called Olen’s, The Fairman Electric. From the start, he was incredibly patient, explaining potential causes and walking me through different troubleshooting steps. Even though I could tell he was busy with other work, he never rushed me and took the time to help. When the initial attempts didn’t fix the problem, he asked me to send pictures of our breaker panel and continued to guide me through text messages. Oleks is so kind and helpful! My condo’s breaker tripped and the fridge was not working just before the long weekend, and he helped me get it back up and running again purely remotely and with NO CHARGE. He was responsive to my messages and made himself available for me even during his trip. He was warm and friendly throughout the process and solved the problem efficiently. Highly recommended!

Oleks is a miracle worker! We had an electrical issue that needed to be resolved, and we reached out to Fairman Electrical based on their already great reviews. Oleks immediately responded, and offered to try and troubleshoot remotely first - he was able to get our electric problem resolved without ever needing to come to our house. He didn't make a penny from our interaction, but he's got a customer for life now from our household.
