I bought a BMW X3 35i from Excella Automotive in November and it has been nothing but a great experience. From the month and a bit that I have had it, I had only one issue and that was I smelt a lot of exhaust fumes in the cabin. They immediately told me to bring the car in, diagnosed it extremely quickly, and fixed the problem NO CHARGE. From my past experiences and headaches dealing with dealerships, this had been nothing but a pleasant experience from start to finish.
