Okay, after being in all drive test centers in Toronto, I can say this centers staff are at least normal! Also a black guy with glasses served us, he was so calm, patient, nice and informed!
Even the manager showed up to hear costumers that were upset.
After the last year that I visited here, it gets so organized and do suggest it over other centers close to downtown!
The place gets chaotic during peak hours and especially for walk-ins. But the staff here are incredibly friendly, and if not, as patient as saints.
So it is suggested that you read and prepare for everything that is required of you. Book an appointment if applicable.
Went for my g1 test today, everyone was very nice except for this one lady who processed my form. She didnt communucate the instructions clearly and then was very rude when I made a mistake filling out my form. Acting like she is doing me a favor ?, madam it's your job, either act like a proffesional or find a new one. Everyone else was very polite and other than that the test went very smoothly.
