I was very lucky to meet a very knowledgeable sales representative Lena Portnoy, she was very generous with her time and the information that she has provided for me. initially I wanted to get a very hard mattress she have explained the pros and the cons of sleeping on the very hard mattress and I’m very happy that I took her advice& I slept like a baby

Lena is a professional efficient knowledgeable friendly and caring. The mattress I picked is extra firm. First day got best rest good sleep. Very comfortable. From start to finish everything was 5 star from sales team to workers. Staff were very informed and presented themselves well. This is our second purchase from Dreamstar and we have never had a problem. The mattress is very well made.
