My first time to use Climax Heating & Air Conditioning, they were very responsive and reliable. Sam the technician was polite and friendly, he definitely demonstrated his professionalism and accountability while fixing my 20+ years old fan coil system.
Climaxair has been a top notch company with a verily high level of professionalism and customer service. We purchased a Bosch heat pump from them 18 months ago and all my interaction with the staff has been wonderful.
My air conditioner was broken on Friday night. It was plus 26 Celsius outside, plus 30 was expected on Saturday and Sunday. I called a technician, who arrived an hour later and started the air conditioner in temporary mode while the control panel from the manufacturer was supposed to arrive. The company took care of all the troubles of receiving the control panel within the manufacturer's warranty. The price of a new control panel is $900 (it cost me only $100 for express delivery). The technician delivered and installed the control panel within a week. Thank you.
