Spoke to Archibald on April 3rd and 4th, 2024 concerning a gift basket I ordered from Bloomex and it was delivered to the wrong address and he was very helpful and efficient resolving the problem and he resend the gift basket to the correct address for me in a timely manner.
I have been using the Bloomex Flower delivery services for many years now. Delivery next day. Many many choices for all budgets. Plus they give you updated on your delivery by e-mail. its a great service
I will definitely order flowers from Bloomex again. They went above and beyond to make sure the flowers I ordered made it to my brothers place even he was out of their delivery zone.
