I have been car shopping for several months and finally came across my dream car in the showroom. Made a very fair deal with Hugo on a handshake with an arragement to pick up the following week. I picked up the car and noticed there was an issue with the tires. Arranged with Hugo to see the mechanic. It turns out there was a small issue with the rims and tires. Hugo stepped up immediately and had all taken care of by the next day. I have purchased over 110 cars in my life. Will say this is probably the best experience buying a luxury car yet.
