Alex came and install a toilet and replaced 3 water shutoff valves for me. The service was excellent and he was very professional. This is my 2nd time using Award Plus and I will recommend Alex and Will to anyone who needs good and professional plumbing work done at their home
I left a message for Alex on HomeStars, and he called me back almost immediately. This is not because he isn’t busy but because he is responsive and efficient with everyone. When he arrived, I asked him to explain the issue, and his explanation made complete sense. Curious, I asked if I could watch him work, and he welcomed this, answering all my questions. Alex doesn’t say much, but what he says is necessary. His strong work ethic, skill, and dedication are impressive. As others have said, you can tell he’s honest and that he sincerely cares. Alex and his team are top-notch! The plumbers were skilled, prompt, and fixed my issue with ease. Great communication and service from start to finish. Solid 5 stars – highly recommend!
