The cosmetic services with Marshid are excellent, but the customer service and treatment of clients has gone from welcoming to terrible. The prices are very good and her work is excellent, but she now schedules appointments for only 30 minutes. She rushes clients through with a revolving door. Often there is no time for consultation or discussion. In the past, Marshid offered 60 minutes for appointments and was very welcoming and courteous.Marshid also lacks respect for her long-term clients. She just packs her schedule as tight as possible; rushing everyone through the revolving door. No understanding of cancellations due to family reasons; no respect for long-term clients; no time for consultation or discussions.In summary, Marshid takes her business for granted, not realizing that today's clients may not be there tomorrow. What you take for granted has a tendency to disappear overnight.Bottom line: Excellent cosmetic procedures at affordable prices; horrible and disrespectful customer service.
