“Amazing Service Technician!
Arthur was the technician dispatched by Promasters to assess the problem with my office refrigerator.
He called to ask if he could arrive earlier than planned, which was perfect. He worked confidently and efficiently, quickly identifying the issue with my 2 year old LG "piece of crap" refrigerator, and trying to fix it.
Eventually, he showed me the part that couldn't be repaired; it needed to be replaced.
The replacement part, labour and tax would have been $ 400 and covered for 3 months under Promaster's warranty
As the part was on back order at LG (of course), Artur suggested I check pricing on a new fridge before having him order the part.
He charged me $90 for the service call.
I highly recommend Promaster Appliance Repair.

Paid $75. Plus taxes.
I got estimates within few hours.
Returned July 11th, 2024 to fix it.
Part $210.
Labour 90.
Total with estimate $425 taxes included.
Satisfied. 90 days warranty parts and labor.
