After returning to work from maternity leave, my Outlook was not working. Kadir fixed my issue at 5pm so as to not interfere with my working day, he was quick, effecient and very professional. He even followed up with me the next morning to make sure everything was still working. Thank you so much!!
I called for some minor issues - likely user issues as I'm not very tech savvy. Within minutes, Samuel was able to walk through the problems and come up with a solution for me. Although I terrible with computers, he was patient and understanding. Thanks Samuel!
