Lagois designed and built our bathroom addition summer of 2023. From concept to finish the Lagois team was excellent. At the start we had ideas on how we thought we should do this but with careful consultation they adeptly steared us on to a much better solution. All the staff and subcontractors were excellent.. the neighbours kept commenting on how courteous and professional everyone was. We had a great relationship with the lead project person who somehow managed to start and finish the 6 month project on time and at a quality that was beyond our expectations. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Lagois Drafting and Construction on three separate projects: a bathroom renovation, a garage loft gym, and a renovation of our parents' home. From the very first meeting, I had a good feeling about the Lagois team and we decided to choose them for our entire first floor renovations. The process was laid out clearly, and every step of the renovation went smoothly. The design team took an incredible amount of time to truly understand our vision and ensure that the plan we had was the right one for us. Choosing all the different components was initially overwhelming for me, but I received excellent professional advice throughout the process.
