A big thank you to Ron and family for supporting us through a tough experience with our general contractor. It was clear the GC had made errors laying the floor but had no interest in helping us get it corrected. Ron stepped in and immediately realized that the job was very poorly done and came to our rescue. He enlisted the services of Dean Tricker and son and we refinished the floors. They are absolutely stunning now! Simply Wood was incredibly supportive. Their commitment to the homeowner is very admirable and hugely appreciated. I am the owner of Bartlett Lodge in Algonquin Park Severa years ago, I purchased stained hemlock flooring fro Ray at Simply Wood. The flooring was installed in our dining room at the Lodge. As you can imagine, the dining room is a heaven traffic area. The foIooring is the best I have ever purchased. To this day it is unmarked and as fresh as the day it was installed. WOW!I am now looking to buy a significant amount more flooring from Simply Wood for our dining room at our children’s summer camp in Algonquin. We had a breakfast table made by Simply Wood for our home. Jessica was excellent patiently helping us determine and create the design and then she crafted our piece. We couldn't be happier, we have a unique table that turned out way beyond our expectations. Thank you.
