“Eric came to check out some slow-flowing toilets, He sent his cameras down the pipes and spotted some potential future problems with roots growing into one of the pipes. It was also helpful for me to know where the sewer pipes were located under the house. They were not where I thought they were. While the toilet was up, Eric helped clear the S-trap of blockages and then got the toilet settled back down (the wax seal was just a day old so I figured it would still work). He was here for about 2 hrs and doing a lot of work, going outside a couple of times with his locator to show me where to dig to deal with the roots. The bill for his services was low. I expected it to be twice as high, possibly three times as high. I'd have no hesitation in getting Eric's people again, and highly recommend him. Friendly, personable, professional, great prices.“
