I have not nor will I ever use this salonThe male owner is arrogant, self entitled and likes to put his hands on women. I was a witness to this physical incident and he absolutely is a disgusting person

Owner is rude and entitled. Screamed and swore at me over parking. Spot was not marked at all. Also yanked on my arm and told me I had to go inside with him. Had to scream back in his face to get him to leave me alone.

Rude. I called to get an appointment as I am new to North Bay. I couldn't believe she said we don't take on new clients. I responded saying wow ok how amazing you are so busy you can't accept new clients. She then said well, depends, how long is your hair ..can you come by and let me take a look. The strangest, most unprofessional phone call I've ever encountered when calling a business. I responded saying "I'm still stuck on you saying you don't accept new clients, but know you're asking about my hair and if I can come by for you to look at it?" she said, then go somewhere else...Gladly! Unbelievable
