Bought a new home in North Bay and saw the excellent ratings online and since the previous owner utilized them for maintenance decided to give them business and be our first call to take a look at our HVAC and Air Exchanger. We wanted to make sure all was running smoothly. Sadly when calling the lady informed me immediately we aren't taking clients. (no explanation, perhaps it was COVID related or not). I informed her the previous owner utilized them, she looked it up and said yes that was their rental home and they will continue to work with them. I'm sure their work is fantastic as the reviews state but their customer service is lacking severely. Lost a potential long term client here.

The work they did was great. What was not great was they left my cat under my floor boards. I was out of the country while they did they work, so my cat could have died there. Thankfully my friend figured out that my cat was in the floor of my master bedroom closet. He had to cut my cat free. I called and emailed krb to inform them of what happened. This happened almost a month ago. I have not received an apology.
