On Easter Sunday morning, my kitchen faucet broke, and needed to be replaced. Truthfully, I was quite excited about this, as the old thing needed to go to make way for a spiffy new model. I contacted James Scanlan as soon as it happened, and to my delight, he answered right away and scheduled to come and fix it the next morning! Talk about service! I sent James a picture of what I was looking for, and he found me the model that suited my needs perfectly. The next morning, James showed up and installed my new faucet in record time and did so with a happy demeanor. While he installed it, I told him about the issue I was having with my upstairs bathtub faucet and asked if he could have a look and give me a quote, as I expected it to be an expensive job. James had a look, told me it was a quick fix and he could install the new faucet for me right then! Within half an hour, both my plumbing problems were solved!
