Twice they have rescued commercial spaces after flooding (one a clinic's basement due to poor drainage, the other a large recreational company with a ruptured water main that had frozen). Saved us a considerable amount on the water main! More recently, we had the ducts cleaned in in a newly acquired residential unit, removing years of dust, dog hair, and smoke residue.“
