Great experience. Massage was amazing. The only downside is that we booked the massage here as they had a spa which included sauna + hot tub, but when we showed up the sauna had a sign on saying it was out of service. But overall they are very good

I was taken to the Secret Garden Spa for a surprise massage and it was one of the best of my life!!! The ambiance is very welcoming and calming, the processes of check-in and getting ready are seamless, and the massage itself was incredible. Abs (Absul) was ABSolutely wonderful! He was very conscious of walking through the options and checked in with me for comfort on the pressure level throughout. I highly recommend! We cannot wait to return!

I was several minutes late, due to some miscommunication and human error, but the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Catherine gave me an amazing facial treatment, customized for me! She then took the time to show me where things are in the spa, fetched a robe and spa slippers for me rather than making me get them myself - the whole nine yards! I felt incredibly pampered and will definitely return!
